6 whole hot-smoked scallops (roe on) (6 per pack.)

Hot-smoked cooked product, ready to eat, can also be pan-fried to a minimum 82 degrees c.

Add to stews, chowders or a simple salad, or if you are like me, straight from the pack.

Remove from packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes for  best results

A  pack of Hot Smoked Scallops is an ideal size for two as a starter, or for one as a main meal,  ready to eat simply allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving, all our products are rich in omega 3 oils, Lactose and Gluten free.

suitable for freezing.

Transit Times:
  • Usual UK delivery will take 1-2 days from despatch, although Salar cannot guarantee the Royal Mail service delivery times.
  • Salar smokehouse reserve the right to despatch orders early due to location, weather and Royal mail services
  • All orders are despatched in insulated packaging and contain frozen gel packs to ensure the product arrives with you in the best condition.
  • International Delivery should delivered between 5-10 working days.
  • All enquiries or complaints in regards to all deliveries must be communicated to Salar Smokehouse within 24 hours of receipt.

Despatch

We despatch daily from Monday to Thursday, unfortunately we do not despatch Friday or Saturday to ensure the product is not delayed over the weekend, due to the perishable nature of the goods.
