All hot smoked products are suitable for freezing and will have the remaining chilled shelf life available when defrosted.

For example;

If the product goes into the freezer with 10 days shelf life remaining it will have 10 days remaining from the date it is taken from the freezer for defrosting, the product should be consumed within three days of breaking the packaging seal.

All products must be consumed within 3 days of opening.

Flaky Smoked Salmon and Flaky Smoked Salmon with Honey and Thyme are both suitable for freezing.
Transit Times:
  • Usual UK delivery will take 1-2 days from despatch.
  • Salar cannot guarantee the Royal Mail service.
  • All orders are despatched in insulated packaging and contain frozen gel packs to ensure the product arrives with you in the best condition.
  • International Delivery should be delivered between 5-10 working days.
